EDMONTON · BUILDING SIGNS
Building signage is the identification people use to find you: the sign on the fascia, the lettering on the wall, the tenant panel on the shared entrance, the structure at the driveway.
Frontage plans building signs around the actual construction—what the wall is made of, where the power is, what the landlord allows and what the city requires—then designs to fit rather than forcing a stock product onto the facade.

Fabricated or cut letters mounted directly to masonry, cladding or curtain wall.
Lit lettering or cabinets for buildings that need to be found after dark.
Consistent identification for multi-tenant buildings, including entrance directories.
Freestanding identification at the property line or driveway entrance.
Building numbers, entrance markers, parking and loading direction.
Brick, block, EIFS, metal panel and curtain wall each need different fixings and different waterproofing detail.
Sign allowances differ by property and sign type; we confirm what your site permits before design is finalised.

Properly detailed mounting doesn't. Penetrations are sealed, hardware is matched to the wall construction, and on leased premises we plan for a clean removal at the end of the term.
Yes. Removal, patching or covering the old footprint and installing the new sign is normal scope for us, and it's often the point where a permit update is required.
